Return condition: Products that are manufactured exclusively for you are not exchangeable or refundable
Replacement for ready-made parts in the event of manufacturing defects, the product must be unused and in its original undamaged packaging and bear all tags and decals
For furniture, only opened products will be accepted if they differ from the description or the picture shown
All parts must be in their correct packaging
The exchange and return time must be adhered to 24 hours before receiving the order, unless the return or exchange process will be cancelled
Pieces with a large weight are not exchanged or returned
All product information must be read before ordering
In the event that you want to return or exchange because the product did not fit your decoration or design, you will bear the responsibility and costs of shipping and delivery
Payment fees via payment methods are non-refundable. Delivery and return fees are borne in the event of shipping or manufacturing defects
